Elle Allen

Elle Allen, a senior R&D program manager at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, directs multi-million dollar research initiatives that push the boundaries of the use of HTS (high-temperature-superconductor) magnets for fusion energy applications. Acknowledging the critical necessity and the gamechanging potential of fusion energy, she moved into fusion from her prior roles in engineering and operations at SpaceX, and now works on a multi-national level on projects aimed at realizing commercial fusion power for grid integration by the 2030s.
