Alexander Damaschun

As a member of the +50-strong EXIST team at the project management agency PtJ, Alexander Damaschun enables young academics to transform their promising research results into high-potential and high-impact sustainable business cases for their own startup. With his 25-years´ experience in life science and biotechnology project management he focusses on solutions for the green transformation of high-volume raw material and commodity streams for sustainable production processes in tomorrow´s circular industries. Specifically, pre-seed EXIST startup projects are supported to transfer their solutions from proof-of-principle in the lab to proof-of-concept stage, e.g. in a pre-production demonstrator. Due to the wide range of premium support measures (financial and non-financial) granted to would-be entrepreneurs EXIST-funded startups enjoy exceptional rates of continuity and market uptake.
