Kai Landwehr works as Director Global Marketing at „myclimate“, a Swiss-based NGO focusing on climate protection and sustainability measures. Since autumn 2023, he is also Co-Executive Director, and, therefore a member of the myclimate management board, the collaborative leadership group of myclimate. He combines solid expertise in communications, sustainability, digitalization, and sports. Before tapping into climate protection, Kai worked ten years in the sporting goods industry as communications and brand manager for „Nike“. Born and raised in Germany, he holds a « Master of Arts » degree in Ancient History from the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf. wowKai is a football aficionado, a passionate gravel- and mountainbiker and in winter times a snowboarder with “great style and attitude, but very limited skills”.
