Enrico studied mechanical engineering, then specialized in rubber product development.
As rubber product engineer he realized his responsibility to develop mass produced rubber products with minimal impact. Challenging, because most rubber ingredients are oil-based (against popular belief), and rubber is barely recycled back into rubber.
He launched the open innovation platform with online community for rubber specialist in 2024, counting over 350 connected individuals and 88 organizations, like Decathlon. They now support rubber companies to revalorize their scrap into value.

Dr Christiane Gerstetter is a lawyer and the Head of global environmental law charity ClientEarth in Germany. She has published widely on environmental law and policy as well as on international economic law. She previously worked at a not-for-profit think tank, leading environment-related research projects and providing evidence-based advice to public institutions. Christiane was previously a member of the investment committee of Ökoworld, an ethical investment company. She has been involved with civil society organisations for more than 30 years.

Simon Pfluger leads Carbon Markets & Environmental Claims at Climate & Company, a leading European sustainable finance and climate policy think tank. He focuses on integrating international carbon crediting mechanisms with the wider sustainable finance regulatory environment, working towards solutions that enable the demand- and supply-side to reap the benefits of carbon credit investments. He has been closely following the negotiations and implementation of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and holds two M.Sc. degrees from Technical University Munich.

Lara Obst is a dedicated expert in climate transformation with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of climate entrepreneurship and business strategy. She has continuously worked to make complex climate challenges accessible for businesses.

As Co-Founder at ClimateChoice, Lara partners with leading organizations like T-Systems, Lenovo, and EnBW to drive supply chain decarbonization. Through the AI-first Climate Intelligence Platform, her team enables companies to achieve climate targets by automating supplier climate data collection, and implementing measures.

Till is Program Director at the Club of Rome and a published author focused on systems change, political economy, and socio-ecological transformation. He leads the Reclaiming Economics Hub of The Club of Rome and is Director of Earth4All, a global initiative developed with economists and climate scientists to accelerate a just and sustainable future. Till co-authored Tax the Rich (2024) and is a contributing author of the SPIEGEL bestseller Earth for All (2022) and co-author of Earth4All Deutschland (2024).

Max studied Biotechnology in Berlin and near Montreal, later moving to Munich to pursue a Master’s degree in Management. He started his professional career as project manager in Jakarta, before moving back to Berlin, working as strategy consultant and team lead. In 2021 he was called to the COLIPI project, that he co-found in 2022, now serving as its CEO.

Elle Allen, a senior R&D program manager at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, directs multi-million dollar research initiatives that push the boundaries of the use of HTS (high-temperature-superconductor) magnets for fusion energy applications. Acknowledging the critical necessity and the gamechanging potential of fusion energy, she moved into fusion from her prior roles in engineering and operations at SpaceX, and now works on a multi-national level on projects aimed at realizing commercial fusion power for grid integration by the 2030s.

Dominik Campanella is the co-founder of Restado and Concular. Restado is the largest marketplace for reclaimed construction materials. Concular is the leading digital ecosystem for circular construction. It enables professional stakeholders of the real estate and constructions sector to make their projects circular.

Megan Thudium is an American B2B content strategist and climate communicator working in Berlin, founder of Content For Good & Co. She works primarily with innovative climate brands and B Corps in Germany and Europe.

She also actively brings awareness to the ‘marketing as a force for good’ movement through workshops and speaking engagements. She openly advocates for sustainable marketing and encourages creatives and marketers to step into the ‘ecomarketer’ role with enthusiasm and confidence.

Maurice Bethke serves as Head of ESG at cylib GmbH, where he leads all sustainability-related areas. His work is dedicated to ensuring environmental responsibility is at the core of cylib recycling, integrating sustainability principles throughout all processes and operations. Maurice holds a Master’s degree in Production Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bremen. Prior to joining cylib, he gained valuable experience in R&D at Airbus before transitioning to a role as a sustainability consultant at Implement Consulting Group

Christian joined the former Daimler Group in 2002, after completing his dual study program, started as a commercial vehicle sales representative at Mercedes-Benz in Frankfurt. Since 2008, he has held various leadership positions at Daimler Mobility AG, taking on diverse responsibilities in the commercial vehicle sector. He was responsible for Sales and Integrated Customer Solutions in Europe and South America at DT Financial Services since 2021. Since 2024, he has been the CEO of Mercedes-Benz Trucks & FUSO in Germany.

Mohamed Boumanjal ist Unternehmer und international tätiger Lobbyist. Apsara Mitra, 23, is a Bengali-American, engineer, scientist, climate and civic justice mobilizer with expertise in conservation, housing justice, and technology development previously working in commercial aviation and now as a researcher/aerospace engineer at NASA. Among her engagements, she has also served as a Climate Fellow at the Philadelphia Regional Center for Children’s Environmental Health at the University of Pennsylvania, advocates for appropriations for conservation with WWF, and currently serves as the Deputy Technical Director at Re-earth Initiative.

Lavinia Bauerochse is Global Head of Sustainable Finance at Deutsche Bank‘s Corporate Bank and member of the divisional Executive Committee of Corporate Bank. Lavinia is responsible for the Sustainable Finance dialogue with corporate clients of Corporate Bank globally, and defining Corporate Bank’s Sustainable Finance strategy and offering. Lavinia is member of the Supervisory Board of PlanA.Earth, member of the expert group of the Green Guarantee Group as well as various transition- and Hydrogen related industry and advisory groups.
