Lara Obst is a dedicated expert in climate transformation with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of climate entrepreneurship and business strategy. She has continuously worked to make complex climate challenges accessible for businesses. As Co-Founder at ClimateChoice, Lara partners with leading organizations like T-Systems, Lenovo, and EnBW to drive supply chain decarbonization. Through the AI-first Climate Intelligence Platform, her team enables companies to achieve climate targets by automating supplier climate data collection, and implementing measures.

Max studied Biotechnology in Berlin and near Montreal, later moving to Munich to pursue a Master’s degree in Management. He started his professional career as project manager in Jakarta, before moving back to Berlin, working as strategy consultant and team lead. In 2021 he was called to the COLIPI project, that he co-found in 2022, now serving as its CEO.

Dominik Campanella is the co-founder of Restado and Concular. Restado is the largest marketplace for reclaimed construction materials. Concular is the leading digital ecosystem for circular construction. It enables professional stakeholders of the real estate and constructions sector to make their projects circular.

Christian joined the former Daimler Group in 2002, after completing his dual study program, started as a commercial vehicle sales representative at Mercedes-Benz in Frankfurt. Since 2008, he has held various leadership positions at Daimler Mobility AG, taking on diverse responsibilities in the commercial vehicle sector. He was responsible for Sales and Integrated Customer Solutions in Europe and South America at DT Financial Services since 2021. Since 2024, he has been the CEO of Mercedes-Benz Trucks & FUSO in Germany.

Benjamin Heinke ist Unternehmensjurist und Rechtsanwalt. Seine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte sind das gesamte IP-Recht, die rechtliche Beratung bei Finanzierungsthemen und das weite Feld der Rechtsthemen unter dem Schlagwort ESG. Bei DHL Group leitet er seit vielen Jahren die ESG Know-how Group, die sich aus mehr als zwanzig Juristinnen und Juristen der globalen Rechtsabteilung zusammensetzt und sich den Themen Vermeidung von Greenwashing und Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichten im globalen Handel widmet.

Martin Scaife spent most of his career developing high-speed, state-of-the-art diaper production factories for companies such as Procter & Gamble and industry OEMs. He recently decided to refocus his career direction, moving away from production technologies that generate diaper waste and focusing on new technologies capable of recovering and reusing that waste.Throughout Martin’s career, he has designed a multitude of high-speed production systems that are used globally today, holding 25 key patents in the hygiene sector.

Before joining WALA in 2004 Philip held a senior position within a private equity firm in Germany. With Dr. Hauschka / WALA Group he started as the director of the Infrastructure & Supply Department, overseeing areas in finance, planning, logistics and IT. Until 2020, he was CFO, in July 2020, he became member of the Board of Directors of WALA foundation the owner of the WALA Group. Since 2022 he holds the chairmanship of the Excecutive Board of WALA Heilmittel GmbH.

Martin Pietzonka ist seit 2019 für das international tätige Beratungsunternehmen für die Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft tätig. Der Diplomkaufmann hat während seiner Laufbahn als Technologie-Consultant über 100 Startups bei der Entwicklung ihrer Geschäftsmodelle, Strategien und der Finanzierung beraten und war zudem Managing Director eines Innovationsnetzwerks.

Steffen Szeidl has been a member of the Executive Board of Drees & Sommer SE and is responsible for the overall strategic positioning of the Group, as well as for finance, corporate communications and IT. As a member of the Executive Board, he is also responsible for the international development of Drees & Sommer. He is personally driven by innovation and sustainability – not only in the company, but in the but in the entire sectors.

Simon C. Brück is a leading expert in sustainable logistics. As head of Environment, Climate, and Energy Policy at DSLV Federal Ass. for Freight Forwarding & Logistics Germany, he shapes the industry’s future. With a background in operational and strategic logistics, he analyzes legislation and develops sustainability concepts. His expertise combines economic viability and climate protection, aiming to create an efficient and environmentally friendly logistics landscape capable of meeting today’s complex challenges.
