Director Public Policy, Huawei Technologies Germany:
Within the management of Huawei Germany, Ingobert leads the public policy team & activities directly reporting to the global management. The focus of his work includes political and regulatory issues regarding digitalization and the expansion of digital infrastructures. In this context, Ingobert regularly contributes to according platforms, e.g. as chairman of the BITKOM “Communication Technologies” committee, speaks at relevant conferences and attends media events for Huawei. Prior to that, Ingobert was a senior consultant at Prognos AG, accompanying infrastructure projects in the energy and gas industry. He holds a master’s degree in International Politics from the University of Edinburgh and bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Philosophy & Economics.
