Founder and CEO
A German national with more than 25 years in the MICE sector, Björn has delivered exhibitions and conferences in more than 15 countries. As founder and CEO of GTFN, he leads the company’s expansion into the growth markets.
COO
Katharina leads the delivery of GTFN’s festivals. She brings more than 20 years of senior leadership at Koelnmesse and Messe München, where she managed flagship events including Anuga, Art Cologne, Gamescom and Expo Real. At GTFN she safeguards the standard of every festival and conference.
CFO
With more than two decades in corporate and investment banking, Ateeq oversees all financial aspects of GTFN. He has advised family offices in the Middle East on wealth management and managed multibillion-dollar portfolios.
CTO
Gritapat began working in technology at an early age and has since developed and tested new software and AI applications. As CTO, he oversees GTFN’s technology strategy and operations.

Haseeb manages GTFN’s sponsor and partner relationships. His international experience has given him a strong network in the sponsorship industry.

Markus is a German native with more than 30 years of international experience and a proven track record in over 10 countries. He specialises in international corporate development and strategy, and has led projects for prominent organisations and global enterprises, delivering measurable growth and sustainable market entry.
HR
Managing Partner, Middle East at InterSearch, with 17+ years in retained executive search focused on C-suite placements across GCC energy, financial services and industrial sectors.
Law
Prof. Römermann is a lawyer and honorary professor at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He specialises in corporate and international law and M&A, has published more than 30 books, and has decades of experience advising companies on international legal matters.
Government Relations
Michael is Chairman of the German Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade (BWA) and co-founder of China-Brücke, a Sino-German public diplomacy forum. He brings decades of experience fostering relationships between businesses and governments in Europe, Southeast Asia and China.
Innovations
Paolo is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Positec Group. He brings 26 years of experience leading technology innovation and international brand development across more than 15 countries.
Agritech and Food Security
A Qatari entrepreneur based in Doha, Nasser is Managing Partner and CEO of Agrico Qatar, which has driven sustainable organic greenhouse farming in hot climates since 2011, contributing to Qatar’s food security.
