Yes, it is possible but we are optimistic that we can host the GREENTECH FESTIVAL by adhering to the COVID-19 requirements. If the event is postponed the contract conditions apply.

Every exhibitor is obligated to supply the GTF key account with a CO2 certificate. The GREENTECH FESTIVAL is a CO2 neutral event and we would like to ask our partners and exhibitors to support us with this.

If you do not have your own compensation partner we can connect you with our compensation partner myclimate.

We ask you to send in your CO2 certificate a month after the festival. Any other deadlines must be discussed with the GTF key account.

The delivery time slots may be communicated with our production agency Gil&Weingärtner via e-mail or by telephone.

The removal of the stand is only possible after the official ending of the GREENTECH FESTIVAL. The contract conditions apply.

No, dogs are not allowed at the GREENTECH FESTIVAL.

There won’t be lockers to store your luggage in. We are working on a solution to keep your luggage safe during your stay at GREENTECH FESTIVAL but we would like to kindly ask you to consider not bringing suitcases at all or store them at your booth.

There won’t be any deliveries to the stands in 2022.

Registering for the catering will be possible about 4 to 6 weeks before the event. The final deadline to register will be about 10 working days before the event.

The registration for the crew catering and the vouchers is done by your GTF key account.

We will provide solely vegan and vegetarian dishes.
One voucher can be redeemed for one dish of your choice in the food court. The choice of dishes will probably be available 4 to 6 weeks before the event.
The crew catering will provide two different dishes or one dish with multiple combination options at noon and in the evening.

The crew catering will be invoiced by our GTF Team after registration.
The vouchers can be purchased before the event via our caterer or on-site.

The assembly personnel will find enough seating in the crew catering area.
The stand personnel will be able to consume the purchased dishes at one of our many seating options in the food court.
We will adhere to the latest COVID-19 rules and regulations in this area.

Catering is included for GREEN AWARDS guests. A selection of free beverages will be available for CONFERENCE attendees.
All other visitors will be able to purchase beverages and food for a reasonable price in the food court.

The interview will take place in the tv studio in the hangar. The exact place will be communicated to the interview partner in a briefing. The interview is part of the GREENTECH FESTIVAL Livestream and will be broadcasted via several social media channels.. Afterwards the interview can be found on our GREENTECH FESTIVAL YouTube channel. The link will be shared by the GTF key account.

Yes, the interview questions are coordinated with the company/speaker/nominee/winner. The editorial authority belongs to the GREENTECH FESTIVAL. The company may make content changes.

The briefing for on demand videos will be shared with the interview partner. An integration in the livestream cannot be done if the requirements cannot be met.

No, the filming and livestream plans are subject to a precise and timed production plan that needs to be supported by the whole production team and the interview partner. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Our production agency must check if it is possible to make a water supply available. Supplying water to the stand comes with additional costs and will be invoiced after the event.

A Schuko connection will be supplied to your stand and operates with 230 V / 16A with a maximum power of up to 3 KW. The sub-distribution lies with the exhibitor.

A location plan will only be shared shortly before the GREENTECH FESTIVAL because there will be constant changes until then.

The start up areas have different booths of 6 square meters each. These are combined in one area but can be differentiated by the fantastic booth designs from each exhibitor and the green GTF CI tape on the floor. Sample pictures can be requested from your key account or Franziska Beckus from the EXHIBITION team.

All materials used must be B1 certified. You can find the details in the exhibitor guide and the technical requirements. All further questions will be answered by our production agency Gil&Weingärtner.

Generally no. But we are happy to check for you. This year you can rent meeting rooms in the hangar that you can use as a storage solution as well. These are about 20 to 50 square meters in size and are available for rent at 200€ per square meter.

We advise you to refrain from giving out promotional gifts. If that is not possible for you, we ask you to share your ideas with the GTF key account to discuss this topic further.

No. We want to host a mostly paperless event, which is why we have a no-flyer-policy in place.

No, roll-ups are not allowed. Sustainable displays can be used. We recommend the printing company Druckerei Arnold. They focus on sustainable materials and a sustainable way of production as well.

We had a very strict hygiene concept in place for 2020 and 2021 with rapid-antigen  testing on site, ventilation systems and the AHA rules. We will constantly adjust the hygiene concept according to the latest rules and regulations for this year’s GREENTECH FESTIVAL so everyone feels safe on site.

The partner logos will be displayed in the company’s CI on our partners site as done in the year prior. 

For the exhibitor logos we will no longer use imagery, but will instead put the inverted company logo on our CI blue background online.

Our content plan is generally completely planned and nearly fully booked up until GREENTECH FESTIVAL. If a topic is relevant and is capable of implementation from the point of view of time is an individual decision and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Recommendations with a high news character like product launches, global novelties, goals of the company implemented in a PR campaign may be sent to us. We will refrain from displaying advertising materials or advertising campaigns and sharing them on our social media channels.

Reposts in our Instagram story are possible and can be done quickly as long as it doesn’t consist of solely advertising content. Please contact us at an early stage in order for us to find a time slot to share your story. We kindly ask you to refrain from sending excessive requests for resource related reasons. Please make sure to tag the official GREENTECH FESTIVAL account and use the relevant hashtags (e.g. #togetherwechange).

We cannot make a precise statement regarding the COVID-19 rules and regulations for the GREENTECH FESTIVAL at this moment because we expect a great deal of changes and adjustments until the event. We are currently planning to set strict rules in hopes of reducing them as soon as the situation allows us to. Food shall be presented packaged or covered for safety. A sneeze guard must be installed and food shall only be handled with gloves. Constant disinfection is necessary as well.

We would like to ask you to not distribute food in the hangar and only do so at your booth.

We will not be able to provide an area for dishwashing for exhibitors. If you need to wash dishes we can introduce you to our catering partner and they can take care of your dishes for a reasonable price.

We kindly ask you to not bring disposable tableware. If there are no other options available for you, we would like you to use sustainable/compostable materials and provide disposal options for GREENTECH FESTIVAL visitors. If a large amount of waste results from the use of disposable materials we reserve the right to invoice the increase of waste management costs to you.

We do not offer dishes with meat at the event. We ask you to respect this choice and refrain from offering meat on site.

No, this must be organized by the exhibitor or booked as a service with our catering partner.

We will still be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022. This is why we ask you to be careful with beverage distribution at your stand. This must be discussed with the GTF team beforehand. We do not allow open bottles or coffee from vending machines or coffee machines. Closed bottles may be given to visitors. Please adhere to the current COVID-19 regulations.
