GREENTECH FESTIVAL will take place from May 15 to 17, 2024 at Messe Berlin. The Awards ceremony will take place on the 15th May (by invitations only).

1.4. How can I redeem a discount code?
Please select your ticket first and then enter your discount code in the field “Do you have a promotion code?” at the very top of our ticket shop page.

1.5. Can I return my ticket and get a refund?
Unfortunately, the tickets are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your ticket to another person before the event. Please contact us at tickets@greentechfestival.com with your ticket details (first name, last name, ticket ID, booking number) and let us know the details of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.

The EXHIBITION, CONFERENCE, and GREEN AWARDS are accessible by wheelchair.

1.8. Does GREENTECH FESTIVAL offer a discount for students?
We offer a student discount for the CONFERENCE PASSES (access to the CONFERENCE and EXHIBITION).

The GTF EXHIBITION is a curated space to discover green innovative technology that shows how fascinating sustainability can be thought and realized. 2.2. How can I become a GTF EXHIBITOR?
The application for the GTF EXHIBITION 2024 is a simple process. Visit the Exhibition website to fill out the application form. You can find the form here.
Fill out the form with your company details, contact information, and a brief description of your green innovative technology. After submitting the form, a representative from the GTF team will get in touch with you to discuss further details. Please note that all applications are subject to review and approval by the GTF team. -
2.3. Where and when will the GTF EXHIBITION take place?
The GTF EXHIBITION will take place on Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17, 2024 at Messe Berlin. The GTF EXHIBITION will be open on May 16 from 10 am until 6 pm and May 17 from 10 am until 6 pm. Accreditation will begin approximately 30 minutes before opening.

2.5. How much does the entrance fee cost and where can I get my ticket?
Our tickets start at 19 € (excl. VAT) for the GTF EXHIBITION and at 399 € (excl. VAT) for the GTF CONFERENCE. Watch out for special discounts by checking our social media presence and newsletter! You can get your ticket here.

3. GREENTECH FESTIVAL CONFERENCE

3.1. What is the GTF CONFERENCE?
The GREENTECH FESTIVAL Conference, with its keynotes, panel discussions, bootcamps, workshops, and stages, is there for those who want to enact lasting change. Together with bold pioneers and outstanding global leaders, we have created a stage for inspiring idea exchange, driven by the need for sustainable business solutions.

3.2. Where and when will the GTF CONFERENCE take place?
The GTF CONFERENCE will take place on Thursday, May 16, and Friday, May 17, 2024, at Messe Berlin. The GTF CONFERENCE will be open on May 16 from 10 am until 6 pm and May 17 from 10 am until 5 pm. Doors will be open from 9:30.

3.3. What is included in the CONFERENCE Ticket?
The GTF Conference ticket provides a comprehensive package designed to offer attendees a rich experience. Here’s what’s included:

- – Experience the GTF Conference with exclusive access to the Main Stage, Bootcamps (limited capacity), Solution Stage, E.ON New Energy Stage, and Green Investors Crunch.

As for the pricing, the early bird price for the GTF Conference ticket is €299. Please note that this special price is available until 14.03.2024. After this date, the regular price of the ticket will be €399.

4.1. What are the GREEN AWARDS?
The GREEN AWARDS in collaboration with our founding partner Audi honour the world’s most innovative projects and minds making a difference to our planet. With esteemed guests and an amazing show, it’s sure to be a night to remember.

4.2. Where and when will the awards take place?
The GREEN AWARDS will take place on May 15, 2024, at Messe Berlin. We will welcome our guests to join us on the green carpet from 6 pm and the GREEN AWARDS ceremony will begin at 8 pm.

4.3. Where can I get my ticket?
FESTIVAL PASSES that include access to the GREEN AWARDS on May 15, 2024 are available here. Please note that there is no access to the GREEN AWARDS with an EXHIBITION PASS or a CONFERENCE PASS.

Delicious vegetarian and vegan food options will be provided on the evening of the gala. Drinks will be available at one of the numerous bars.

The dress code for the GREEN AWARDS gala is black tie.

5.1. Where can I find what?
GREENTECH FESTIVAL 2024 will take place at Messe Berlin. The main entrance is at Hammarskjöldplatz and leads you to all of our festival spaces.

7. SUSTAINABILITY

7.1. How is GREENTECH FESTIVAL itself sustainable?
We work with myclimate as our climate protection partner and compensate for all carbon output, which we are hoping will set a precedent for other companies. We work exclusively with those who share our values of sustainability and all the materials and products we use – from our reusable exhibition stands to our GoodBags – reflect this.

7.2. Does organising a large event not contradict the idea of sustainability?
There is a fine line, but we believe that so many initiatives are still needed for people to truly wake up to the severity of the climate crisis. In the case of such an event which activates and engages society to take action in all aspects of life, we believe that its positive impact outweighs the cost. In addition to that, GREENTECH FESTIVAL 2020 was the first event ever to be plastic positive for the number of participants on site thanks to a cooperation with Plastic Bank. In 2021 we managed to host the GREENTECH FESTIVAL as a completely climate neutral event, further adding to our goals and ambitions to become more sustainable. We continue to learn and apply those learnings to our event.
