Markus Linder is an impact entrepreneur and impact investor. He is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of the tech startup inoqo (www.inoqo.com ) and is active as an early stage impact investor. In both roles, he is focusing on globally scalable business models with impact on the biodiversity and climate crisis. He is also actively leveraging his reach on social media to advocate for a shift towards more conscious consumption behaviors.

Stefanie is the CEO of Agency Berlin GmbH. She supports startups in funding, recruiting, business development and M&A activities. Stefanie has published 5 books and sits on various advisory board. She has been nominated to 35 Young Elites Under 35, named Future Performer, and to 50 Most Important Women of the Economy. She regularly contributes across various media.

Nico Rosberg is well-known as the 2016 Formula 1 World Champion. Since leaving the racing series, he is passionately committed to the issue of sustainability. As an entrepreneur and investor in green technologies and mobility startups, he represents visionary innovations that make the world a little better. In numerous projects around the world, he also contributes to the topic of environmental protection, health, equality and justice. In 2019, he co-founded the GREENTECH FESTIVAL, a global platform for pioneering sustainable ideas that takes place annually in Berlin. Since 2021, he has been competing with Rosberg X Racing in Extreme E, a racing series that aims to draw attention to the consequences of global climate change.

The CleanTech Hub focuses on scaling and commercializing homegrown tech from within the group companies and establishing partnerships with startups and corporates in the areas of aircraft retrofits, SAF and alternative fuels, digital solutions, waste and circular economy, and everything between and beyond, comprising new powertrains, hydrogen, electric, hybrid, etc. I have a background in logistics, aviation, IT, and have lived and worked in 6 countries.

Named by Forbes in the 2021’s 30 under 30 list, Ian is the COO and co-founder of Melanin Kapital, the 1st climate finance platform dedicated to African SMEs, based in Kenya, France and Germany. Ian is a Kenyan Civil Engineer based in Germany. He has experience in project management and has mastered in urban sustainability planning from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. He has previously worked on infrastructural projects with Kenya Urban Roads , managed social impact projects with UNICEF,IBM Africa, Safaricom and founded other businesses in the sustainability space.

Simon has worked at the intersection of climate and innovation for over a decade as an economist and entrepreneur with endeavors that include one of the first climate tech incubators in the US; the first large scale urban tech collaboratives in NYC and Detroit; and the Urban Tech Summit at Cornell Tech. In 2019, as the Founder of CIV:LAB and in partnership with the City of New York, Simon built ‘The Grid’, a local urban innovation collaborative of 130+ urban innovation organizations the subsequently launched Detroit Urban Solutions in 2020. Most recently, CIV:LAB has begun to fund community climate initiatives in education, workforce development and technology as part of a one of a kind national climate grant network with the goal of deploying $1bn across the United States to fight climate change.

Alexandros is Managing Director and Head of Research of Tach2yone, a Munich based Green Energy Transition Growth Equity investment firm. For more than 20 years he was responsible for the innovation and technology transfer activities of the Technical University of Munich. He has extensive experience in the fields of protection and commercial exploitation of research results, the creation of university start-ups and spin-offs, and the collaboration between academia and industry.

Investment Director at Global Brain, an industry agnostic global VC headquartered in Tokyo with AUM $1.6B. Rina launched the German office in Berlin and is actively investing in European Post-Seed, Series A/B deals in Sustainability and B2B SaaS.

Patrick is a Climate Tech investor focused on early stage startups across all sectors and types of technology from software to hardware and deeptech. From his experience in VC, angel investing and investment banking, he gained a track-record in helping grow early-stage startups (incl. as a co-founder) as well as connecting technology into key areas that need to be decarbonised including large infrastructure and the built environment. Patrick is currently travelling globally to connect with people in ClimateTech as the Ecosystem Ambassador for Greenhouse, a Climate Tech hub and ecosystem for Australia and the broader APAC region.

Julia is a seasoned finance professional with over 28 years of experience, specializing in Securitisation and Greenbonds. She is currently working at ISP, where she provides a customized and exceptional asset service experience to clients. Prior to joining ISP, Julia held several senior management positions at prestigious financial institutions, including UBS and Credit Suisse. In her previous role, she served as a Senior Relationship Manager, catering primarily to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) clients.

Frederick Leuschner is a strategic leader of international technology, software, climate fintech and media organizations with a proven ability to start businesses from scratch, build multinational organisations in growth industries and create high performing teams that deliver results. Previously, Frederick held Leadership positions at Naspers, Google, PubMatic and Microsoft. In 2022, Frederick founded the climate tech start up GreenTrade.tech, a platform building the infrastructure for forward financing of nature-based carbon credits, and leads the company as their CEO. Frederick is also an angel investor in impact start ups.

Bernhard is the Head of the United Nations (UN) World Food Programme (WFP) Innovation Accelerator, which he created in 2015. The Accelerator sources, supports and scales start-ups and nonprofits working to achieve Zero Hunger, as well as running accelerator programmes for external partners such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Humanitarian Grand Challenge, and other UN Agencies. Prior to starting the Accelerator, Bernhard co-founded the award-winning ShareTheMeal app that crowdsources funding for WFP, helping to deliver over 167 million meals for hungry children worldwide. ShareTheMeal was named as an App of the Year (2020) by Apple and Google. He gave a TED Talk and is a regular speaker at global conferences and events related to artificial intelligence, blockchain, social impact and entrepreneurship and disrupting global hunger through technology, i.e.‘tech for good.’

Aneri is an award-winning climate & clean energy ecosystem builder. She founded the largest energy access accelerator in Africa called ENVenture that was acquired by New Energy Nexus, and now serves as their Chief Operating Officer. Nexus’s goal is to support 100,000 global clean energy entrepreneurs by 2030. She also is an investor and serves as a Venture Partner for Prithvi Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and Republic. Aneri has been recognized as Renewable Energy World’s Top 40 under 40 in solar, 2022 Bloomberg New Economy Catalyst, 2021 Ashden Award winner for Energy Access Innovation, winner of the Vodafone Wireless Innovation Prize, Nasdaq Milestone Maker, an American Express Emerging Innovator, Cordes Fellow, Academy of Achievement delegate, Wild Gift Fellow, and member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council.
