Paul Wollenick ist studierter Wirtschaftspsychologe mit einer besonderen Affinität zum Handwerk. Nach mehreren Jahren im Vertrieb eines Fensterbauunternehmens erkannte er das enorme Potenzial energieeffizienter Sanierungen – und die Hindernisse, die durch komplexe Förderprozesse entstehen. Vor vier Jahren gründete er sein Unternehmen, das Handwerksbetriebe dabei unterstützt, Förderanträge für ihre Kund:innen schnell und unbürokratisch abzuwickeln. Mit dem Förderservice Joulee schult sein Team Betriebe zu den geltenden Richtlinien und verarbeitet mithilfe hochautomatisierter Software jährlich tausende Anträge.

Dash Markova is the co-founder of Klimatic Group, a Berlin-based venture clienting firm accelerating climate tech adoption across Europe. With over a decade of experience in scaling sustainable ventures globally, Dash specializes in bridging the gap between innovative climate solutions and corporate implementation. Her work ensures that sustainability moves beyond buzzwords, delivering tangible ROI and driving the energy transition at scale.

Bei KRAFTWERK Renewable Power Solutions arbeitet Rasmus Priess zur wirtschaftlichen Integration von Photovoltaik und Batteriespeichern in das Stromnetz und die industrielle Energieversorgung. Zuvor unterstützte Herr Priess öffentliche Institutionen und Unternehmen zu verschiedenen Fragen wirksamer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien. Er prägte maßgeblich den Ansatz des Product Carbon Footprints und gestaltete die internationalen Standards zur Erfassung und Kommunikation von produktbezogenen Treibhausgasemissionen und Umweltauswirkungen aktiv mit.

As Manager of Ecodesign and Circular Economy, Bernhard Gerl leads a dedicated team that supports Research & Development, Business Strategy, and Procurement in making informed decisions for more sustainable products. With a strong focus on embedding sustainability across the entire organization, he plays a key role in fostering a mindset of environmental responsibility and driving innovation. The work centers on enhancing the environmental performance of products throughout their entire life cycle—from raw material extraction, manufacturing, operation, to end-of-life.

Lena has co-founded several sustainability focused companies, lastly in green energy.
She supported over 40 startups as a mentor and consultant on product-market fit, business development and investments and advised corporates like VW, Airbus, BMW, EWE, METRO and Deutsche Telekom on Corporate Innovation, Acceleration and Startup Collaboration.
She has a background in Business Economics with a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Keith Norman is Chief Sustainability Officer at Lyten, a supermaterial applications company and the global leader in Lithium-Sulfur, a next generation battery technology enabling ultra lightweight, locally sourced and manufactured batteries. He spent more than 20 years in the Energy industry running energy developments in Angola, Chad, Nigeria, Russia and the US and was formerly the Global Head of Environment at ExxonMobil. Keith led energy technology partnerships at Amazon and is an early-stage investor in energy and cleantech startups.

Dr. Patrick Bergmann has been Managing Director of Madaster Germany GmbH since 2020. He has been working on sustainable construction and circular real estate for about 10 years. In 2018, he wrote his dissertation on the topic of “Life Cyle Management in the Built Environment” at the Technical University of Dresden. He then worked in real estate and business valuation at PwC in Berlin and Brussels.

Sibylle Günter studied and completed her PhD in physics in 1990 at Rostock University, Germany . After an extended research stay in the USA, she became staff member at the Max-Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (IPP) in 1996. In 2000, she was appointed Member of the Max Planck Society and director at IPP. In 2011 she was appointed Scientific Director of IPP. Sibylle Günter is elected member of several scientific institutions, among them the Academia Europaea.

Dr. Ulf Zillig is responsible for Group Research, Sustainability and R&D functions at Mercedes-Benz Cars. Under his leadership, he combines central governance topics for the R&D unit, in particular sustainability, innovation, digitalization, product safety and compliance. In his function, he reports directly to the CTO for Development & Procurement, Markus Schäfer. As Vice President, he heads the development of the sustainability strategy at Mercedes-Benz and promotes product sustainability in all areas of product creation and across the entire value chain.

Shaping new tomorrow is my purpose, that I live in my daily work. As a Sustainability enthusiast I’m working on making the 1.5°C target a reality in the industry – science and data driven.

Jonathan is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder, COO, and Managing Director of MicroHarvest, a biotech startup transforming the food system with sustainable protein technology.

Emma Lowe is Product Marketing Manager at Minviro, where she leverages Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to drive sustainable design, regulatory readiness, and credible impact reporting. She supports businesses in avoiding greenwashing by integrating data-driven environmental insights from cradle to grave. At Green Tech Festival, Emma will share how LCA enables organisations like Deutsche Bahn Fernverkehr to reduce emissions, optimise design decisions, and transform sustainability into a competitive advantage.

I originally come from a corporate communications background and have worked for agencies in the fashion and lifestyle sector. Four years ago I started my own business as a presenter and speaker. I completed my training in Stuttgart at the Institute of Moderation. I now mainly accompany events in the fields of business (start-ups, promotion of women), politics and society. I also give training courses on presence, speaking, voice and styling, for which I have developed my own concept.

Konrad Schlösser holds a diploma in industrial engineer and started his career with various international supply chain projects, both in consulting and industry. At Mubea, he has been working in the corporate development department, before switching to the business unit “Micromobility” three years ago. Since 2025 he is heading the unit as Managing Director, being responsible for the e-cargo bike and e-scooter business of Mubea.

Kai works as Director Global Marketing at „myclimate“, a Swiss-based NPO focusing on environmental and climate-related sustainability measures. Since autumn 2023, he has also been Co-Executive Director. He combines solid expertise in communications, sustainability, and sports.

Before myclimate, Kai gained experience in communication and brand management with „Nike“. He holds a « Master of Arts » degree in Ancient History.
Kai is a football aficionado, a passionate gravel- and mountainbiker and a snowboarder with “great style and attitude, but very limited skills”.

At neustrom, Germany’s next-gen energy solutions provider, Robert Härtel has driven vision, strategy, and market entry from day one as VP Business Development. Before that, he helped reshape online advertising at Sociomantic through real-time data, leading sales and innovation. He supported companies in building in-house digital capabilities — a shift he now sees in energy, as businesses move to take control of their own energy strategy and AI-driven infrastructure.
