Amanda Mackenzie is the chief executive of Business in the Community – The Prince’s Responsible Business Network – which aims to create healthy communities with successful business at their heart. Previously, Amanda was a member of Aviva’s Group Executive for over 8 years as CMO and joined Aviva to change its name from Norwich Union. Amanda has over 25 years of commercial experience, including director roles at British Airways Airmiles, BT and British Gas. She is a non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group, chairing the responsible business committee. Formerly, she was a non-executive director of Mothercare Plc. and sat on the audit committee for 6 years. She was on the board of the National Youth Orchestra for 10 years and was a member of Lord Davies’ review to increase the number of women on boards. Amanda is a Life Fellow of the RSA and Fellow and former President of the Marketing Society. Prior to her current role Amanda, on loan from Aviva, helped launch the UN’s Global Goals as executive advisor to Project Everyone – a Richard Curtis co-founded campaign for the UN.

A development economist, lawyer and changemaker with over 40 years of varied experience, Mr. Tripathi is the Chancellor of Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences – the world’s largest academic institution dedicated exclusively to indigenous people and cultures. He is also a Senior Distinguished Fellow on Innovative Finance at the World Agroforestry Centre. He has served with the UN for more than two decades in key positions across the planet and was most recently the UN Assistant Secretary-General, Head of New York Office at UN Environment and Secretary of the UN Environment Management Group.

Duncan founded Clim8 in 2019 to empower everyone to make a tangible difference on climate change by investing in great companies with real environmental impact. He has spent the last 20 years building sustainable businesses, before “sustainability” became mainstream. Duncan is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Cleantech award winner and has an MBA from INSEAD and a law degree from Cambridge University. A father of two boys, aged 6 and 10, he is inspired by their curiosity to preserve and build a fairer world.

Head of Sustainability for Rolls-Royce, Rachael is responsible for the developing and delivering sustainability strategy and policy across the broad based power group’s remit. Recently Rachael has been the driving force behind the FTSE 100 company’s net zero 2050 commitment; the first aerospace company to join the UN Race to Zero campaign. A graduate of the University of St Andrews, Rachael is a member of IEMA and ICRS, and also sits on the We Mean Business coalition’s corporate advisory board.

Marco Duso is a Principal in the BCG Climate practice, based in London. He has founded BCG Center for Climate and Sustainability in London and led the topic of corporate climate action at the World Economic Forum in 2019-20. More recently he also founded BCG Green Ventures to create and accelerate new green businesses

Nico Rosberg is well-known as the 2016 Formula 1 World Champion. Since leaving the racing series, he is passionately committed to the issue of sustainability. As an entrepreneur and investor in green technologies and mobility startups, he represents visionary innovations that make the world a little better. In numerous projects around the world, he also contributes to the topic of environmental protection, health, equality and justice. In 2019, he co-founded the GREENTECH FESTIVAL, a global platform for pioneering sustainable ideas that takes place annually in Berlin. Since 2021, he has been competing with Rosberg X Racing in Extreme E, a racing series that aims to draw attention to the consequences of global climate change.

Sally is Chief Executive at Forum for the Future with overall responsibility for delivering Forum’s mission to accelerate a big shift towards a sustainable future by catalysing transformational change in global systems. This involves working with leading global organisations, including businesses such as Olam and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Foundations, such as the Laudes Foundation, and membership organisations, such as the United Nations Global Compact, both in one to one partnerships, and also as part of multi-stakeholder collaborations designed to address complex challenges in systems as diverse as food, energy, apparel and shipping.
