A Ph.D. engineer working in the nuclear industry, Nate brings his analytical mindset to sustainability and food systems through Sweet Farm, located in upstate NY. Through animal rescue, regenerative agriculture, and technology initiatives, the Sweet Farm team scales change globally. Nate and his wife Anna Sweet are active advisors and investors in the alternative protein, agriculture technology, and sustainability sectors. Nate is a general partner at SNØCAP, an emerging climate innovation fund that aims to enable sector shifts and unlock the potential for previously unimaginable companies to exist.

With product and engineering expertise from Audi and BMW, Johan Schwind has worked closely with dozens of early-stage tech startups on their journey to product-market-fit. He is currently the acting Managing Director at URBAN-X.

Michael Lythcott is the Co-Founder and Partner at Obsidian Investment Partners in New York City. Mr. Lythcott currently manages or co-manages commitments of over $500 million and has completed transactions worth more than $1 billion. After graduating from both the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia School of Business, Mr. Lythcott joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President, following investment banking and asset management positions at JP Morgan (JPM) and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Lythcott is the Chairman of the Board of the National Black Theatre, the Vice Chairman of Uptown Grand Central and a Mayoral appointee of the African Burial Grounds. He lives with his wife and two children in Brooklyn, New York.

Justine is an early stage tech company operator, investor and advisor. As a partner at 25madison, Justine helped launch 25madison’s first venture capital fund, and served as Chief Operating Officer of the company’s venture studio, which builds and invests in early stage companies. Prior to 25madison, Justine held leadership positions at Lyft (micromobility) and was on the founding team of Motivate, where she helped scale Citibike, the country’s largest bikeshare operator. She serves on the board of directors of AquaPao, an early stage water purification company, and Friends of Governors Island. Justine received her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is passionate about sustainable cities, climate solutions, and her daily Citi Bike commute.
