Johannes Arning, COO at Tomorrow University in Berlin, where he has been pivotal in developing an edtech university focused on sustainability since August 2022. Prior to this, he was the Head of Operations at HALM Straws, spearheading efforts to replace plastic straws globally with sustainable glass alternatives. With an entrepreneurial mindset Johannes founded in the e-commerce space, setting his backround in economic policy, sustainability and financial planning.

Maria is the Co-Founder and COO of we4everyone, a startup developing innovative wind sails to produce green energy in urban areas and on roof tops. She is responsible for the commercial business. Prior to her founding journey she worked eight years in Public Management Consulting for PwC. During her holidays she spends her time sailing – so she knows how to set sails for a new wave of green energy technology.

Silke is the head of the Business & Markets department at WWF, which is responsible for the development of the One Planet Business Framework. She organizes the collaboration between WWF experts and One Planet Business and drives WWF’s transformative work in the markets. Through her experience as a sustainability manager at EY and in corporate collaboration at UN Global Compact Germany, she has broad expertise and diverse perspectives.
